Because our products are handmade, all-natural, and crafted in small batches for freshness and purity, we’re unable to accept returns once an item has been opened. This is to ensure the safety, integrity, and hygiene of every item we send out.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll happily exchange it for the same item or another of equal value — at no extra cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
